Synopsis:

The Financial Risk Institute (FinRisk) Young Professionals has been supporting young professionals and aspiring new entrants to the industry through various events and publications. With the changing risk and regulatory landscape, young professionals and new entrants need to be sensitive to the changes in the market place to better understand new opportunities and better gear and position themselves for these.

Together with the University of Maryland (UMD) Center for Financial Policy (CFP) and the UMD MFA Students, we have invited a representative group of risk and regulatory practitioners to share with us their thoughts and highlight areas worth targeting.
